    Woman with spam can hat               Halloween hijinks and fun galore are in store for volunteers at A Celebration of Sorts, the huge annual sort-a-thon preparing merchandise for Arc's Halloween Bootique. Volunteer shifts start at 9am, 1pm, and 6 pm. Bring co-workers, friends and family! Sign up!

    Ukuleles Uke-Fest 2014 - One big night, one little instrument!  Katy Vernon has organized another event at the Aster Cafe featuring the Twin Cities' finest ukulele players in a benefit for The Arc Greater Twin Cities. Tickets are $10.  No advance sales but you can call the Aster at 612-379-3138 to reserve a table.
